Preliminary Design Phase

Clearly stating the scope and purpose of the project, Determining the project target budget and estimated duration (master program), Establishing teams within the organization and creating a personnel plan, Establishing control systems and procedures for costs, documentation, reporting, quality, etc., Creating communication and information management methods, Preparing methodologies, Completing mobilization, Creating the project concept design in line with the project scope defined in the preliminary planning, Developing the design, Coordinating design work among project design groups.

Tender Management

Preparation of drawings, technical, administrative, and special specifications, location and brand lists, survey summary, and unit price schedules in line with the developed design, Preparation of all tender documents, Conducting the tender, Evaluation of submitted bids based on their financial and technical characteristics, Preparation of the contract, Contract revisions/additional contracts in case of additional requests/demands.

Construction Management

Ensuring that manufacturing is carried out in accordance with general and specific technical specifications, standards, contracts, and rules of science and art within the work schedule, updating the work schedule by monitoring work progress, managing tenders and contract processes to be carried out during the construction process, preparing estimated budgets in line with project progress stages and performing cost controls within the scope of cost management, Performing quality assurance and controls in line with quality standards, Implementing occupational health and safety practices and controls, Ensuring healthy communication, document flow, and archiving using a common document management system for all project stakeholders, Preparing periodic reports, Keeping project risk assessment studies up to date, Preparing as-built projects.
